Elena, leader of the Silver Moon, is poisoned by a heart-devouring curse. To stay alive, she is forced to torture a war slave named Asher—never knowing he is the progenitor Wolf King of North America.
Her uncle wants her throne. The High Priest wants to control her. The Holy Court wants them both dead. Bound by a blood pact, Elena and Asher fight back together.
He gives up immortality to save her. She walks into hell to restore his godhood.
They survive. They win. They get their power back—and each other.
But on the night the curse is finally lifted, Asher opens his eyes and looks at Elena like he has never seen her before.
