Nora Kroos, head of the Kroos Group, went undercover for a year at Brooklyn’s Bella Restaurant to investigate investment channels; there, she met and fell in love with Carter Davis, whom she believed to be her lifesaver. On their wedding day, just as she was preparing to reveal her true identity, she discovered that the man she loved was a fraud who had stolen credit for another’s heroic deed, and that his family were nothing but greedy, shameless parasites. She later returned as the "Rose Queen," publicly revealing her identity at high-profile auctions and galas to crush those who had once humiliated her; ultimately, she found happiness with Eric, purged the business world of its toxic elements, and fulfilled her family’s mission.
