Eli came from a mining colony to Astra Fleet Academy as a Beta, wanting only to finish his studies in peace. But during the annual assessment, he matched at 99.7% with three top-tier Alphas simultaneously: the hot-tempered flight captain Cyrus, the gentle chief of medicine Adrian, and the possessive imperial crown prince Lucian.
The results made Eli the talk of the academy—and sent his hidden condition spiraling out of control. Eli presents as a Beta, but inside him is a developing gland that can receive pheromones yet cannot metabolize them. He thought suppressants would be enough—until his entrance medical report revealed his body had built resistance. He had only weeks to live. The only cure: a complete bond with one of the three Alphas.
Forced into shared living, Eli's distance from all three began to shrink. Cyrus, once the pilot he idolized, became both the one who hurt him and the one who saved him again and again. Adrian gave him a tenderness and safety he had never known. Lucian saw through his self-doubt and, through constant testing, proposed to become his partner. Eli kept insisting he wasn't gay—yet through kisses, misunderstandings, and rivalry, he could no longer fully deny his feelings.
