Deliberately accompanying Xia Chusui on an outing, she arranges for a driver she hired to ram into Xia Chusui. However, due to the hitman's mistake, Liu Weiwei herself is severely injured. Seizing the opportunity, Liu Weiwei shifts all the blame onto Xia Chusui. In an instant, Xia Chusui is branded the villain, and even Gu Hanye feels disappointed in her. He then subjects Xia Chusui to a prolonged period of torment—until the truth finally comes to light, leaving him consumed with remorse.
