"They married for business. She gave him seven years of devotion, gentle care, and unwavering love—but he kept her at a cold distance. They lived in separate bedrooms. When her parents died and her family went bankrupt, he turned a blind eye.
Then she was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Finally accepting that his heart would never warm to her, she asked for a divorce and walked away. He shrugged it off—until he learned the truth about her death. Only then did he realize he had loved her all along.
Haunted by regret and visions of her, he searched for someone who looked like her, but no substitute could fill the void. In the end, he gave up everything and went to her hometown, alone, to wait for a love that would never return.
A story of a woman who loved in silence for seven years—and a man who learned too late that silence was the loudest goodbye."
