On the night Zara Scarlett, a blind woman, regains her sight, she inadvertently witnesses her husband Damian Vaughan murdering wealthy businessman Felix in collusion with his mistress Elara. Keeping silent, she feigns blindness and secretly teams up with lawyer Harrison Sterling to engage in a tense game of cat and mouse against Damian Vaughan and his accomplices—over inheritance, lives, and the truth. After her family bonds are shattered and love turns out to be a lie, Zara Scarlett fights back with intelligence and courage, sending the man who exploited women's emotions to prison.
