Princess Valka of Solvorn once renounced her throne for love, marrying the mortal Corwin; yet, after squandering forty years of her youth, she reaped only her husband's betrayal, her son's scorn, and a world devastated by demons. At the moment of her death, fate granted her a second chance: she was transported back forty years to that pivotal crossroads where she had once been poised to abandon everything for love. This time, she severed all ties of blood with her husband and son, reclaimed her royal status, and led a legion of holy unicorns to the front lines of the Abyss. She purged the corrupt Temple of Light in a bloody reckoning, personally slew the four great Abyssal Lords, and ultimately incinerated her royal blood essence to perish alongside the Lord of the Abyss. Stripped of her divine powers, she spent the remainder of her days in a tranquil valley alongside a golden dragon and her adopted daughter—her legend enduring, unquenchable as the sunlight.
