Twenty years ago, white wolf Vesper Hale—known only as "Queen"—united Greyport's gangs and banned trafficking, gambling, and drugs. She later built Hale Medical Group, supporting her husband Richard, son Evan, and assistant Vanessa. When Evan's deadly fake drugs are exposed, the three drug Vesper, frame her, and send her to prison for ten years. Richard hires a prison assassin—but the killers recognize her as Queen and submit. Released early, Vesper meets federal agent Riley, takes public revenge, and discovers the fake drugs destroyed Sophie, a law student she raised. She vows to destroy the whole network—seizing ledgers, exposing the group, and turning Richard, Evan, and Vanessa against each other. The trail leads to her former mentor Vincent Graves. At a racetrack showdown, her allies arrive as she unleashes her full white wolf power and defeats him. She exposes investor Adrian Voss, clears her name, and reclaims her company. In the end, she transforms into a white wolf before her three children—and they embrace her.
