Only after she unexpectedly passes away does he realize that he had truly loved her all along. Overwhelmed by endless regret and agony, he tries desperately to win her back—but she is already gone. He can only live out the rest of his days in endless longing and sorrow, holding onto memories of her, in an ultimate tragedy of love and loss.
