Thea is a struggling college student on the verge of graduation; during a part‑time villa‑sitting job, she accidentally ends up in bed with the villa’s owner, confirmed bachelor Gavin, and becomes pregnant with his child. Gavin initially assumes Thea is just a prostitute selling her body and rejects her at every turn, but once he learns she is carrying his child and sees her true character, they sign a one‑year temporary marriage contract—only for Gavin, in the end, to find that he simply cannot live without Thea.
