I Kissed the Billionaire Herbalist

Scarlet Worth, a writer who uses two pen names, meets Elias Thorn—CEO of the Thorn Health Group and an ascetic herbalist—at a police station following an accidental altercation. She falls for him at first sight and begins pursuing him head-on. Due to family responsibilities and his rigid personality, Elias repeatedly rejects Scarlet’s advances, but as they spend more time together, he gradually finds himself drawn to her vibrant and lively spirit.

The two reunite in the remote Black Pine Valley due to their respective work commitments. Amid the slow pace of rural life, Scarlett reveals her tender side by sponsoring a sick young girl and telling fairy tales to children, while Elias sheds his elite facade and reveals his past as a legendary underground race car driver. When the heroine’s biological father arrives to cause a scene and extort money, Elias quietly steps in to resolve the turmoil. The two completely let go of their reservations, and their feelings for each other deepen.

Back in New York, Sterling Hayes, the CEO of a film and television company, begins pursuing Scarlett, sparking a sense of crisis in Elias. With the help of his close friends, the reserved and restrained Elias clumsily but sincerely pursues her, and the two ultimately confirm their feelings for one another. Having reconciled with his family of origin and found a balance between family responsibilities and his own identity, Elias rediscovers his passion for racing, while Scarlett confronts the trauma of her own family history. In the end, the two embrace in their new home, finding a love built on mutual commitment and a life of stability.
