Officer Ethan is sent undercover into prison to gather evidence against crime boss Roman. But during his time undercover, he witnesses the coldness of the system and suffers betrayal after betrayal—his brother is murdered—and his faith completely collapses.
Inside the prison, Roman forcefully enters Ethan's world, bringing with him a predatory possessiveness while also giving Ethan his only shelter. Through day after day of push and pull, Ethan gradually falls—falling in love with the man he was supposed to arrest.
The mission spirals completely out of control. Ethan turns his back on his badge and chooses to stand by Roman. Together, they step into the dark underworld of organized crime. Lies, revenge, and a deadly love intertwine. His undercover identity could be exposed at any moment, and the old cop-versus-criminal opposition turns into a forbidden, doomed romance with no way back.
