Clara grew up trapped in slum poverty. After her mother’s death, her father brought her to Ashford Estate, where she endured cold neglect and abuse from her stepfamily. Her stepsister Harper forced her into grueling labor, while Isabella stole her prized thoroughbred horse and Olympic equestrian spot using forged documents.
Hiding her resolve behind a quiet, meek facade, Clara plotted her revenge. She won over Julian, Sterling family heir and Harper’s biggest ally. Their shared trauma forged a deep bond, and Julian abandoned Harper completely. Clara also gained the trust of the whole powerful Sterling household, securing their full support.
At the National Junior Equestrian Grand Prix, the stolen-qualifier Harper lost disastrously on live camera. She tried framing Clara for ruining her saddle, but Clara disproved the accusation, then rode the wild horse with breathtaking skill. Later at the association dinner, Clara presented official Olympic qualification proof to crush the Ashford family’s slander.
The Sterling family publicly disowned Harper. Isabella and Harper were arrested by the FBI for forgery and fraud. Clara defeated her tormentors and reclaimed her stolen dream and bright future.
